This is a popular choice for international students, exchange students, and anyone relocating from outside Toronto who doesn't want the hassle of furnishing an apartment. Sloane is close to several other transit options, including the Dufferin Bus 29, Yorkdale Bus Terminal, and Downsview Park GO Station. 

Sloane is about a 15-minute walk from Yorkdale Subway Station but getting there is quick and easy thanks to the TTC bus stop located right outside the building. Prefer to bike? A new Bike Share Toronto station is being installed on-site, putting the subway just a short ride away.

There is no fee to apply. Submitting a rental application at Sloane is completely free.
